Refund policy
No refund shall be provided once an order has been delivered. However, full refund or replacement shall be provided when the products delivered are defective/damaged or different than ordered after inspection from our team. In case a customer has received a defective or damaged product please contact us at hello@bellaonline.store with photos or videos of the damaged item to prove damage. If the photo cannot prove the products are damaged, please upload the video. After clearance from our team we will either refund or a replacement shall be sent to the same address.
If you find out that the product is defective/damaged or is different than specified order, please notify us via email to hello@bellaonline.store within 5 days for ordinary products and within 7 days for electronic products. You must state the reason, order number and product description. After inspection and confirming that the goods are damaged/defective or is different then ordered, we will contact you to provide a refund or replacement for the goods. Customer will bear the return charge for the return of product. Return address for US warehouse is Suite 313, 20 Haypress Road, Cranbury, NJ 08512 USA this is the address of our US warehouse.
No refund shall be provided when the tracking information for the order shows it delivered or shows any of the below mentioned alerts:
- Incorrect/insufficient Address
- Unknown recipient
- Refused
- Do not pick up on time
- No safe delivery location
- Uncleared customs
- Others
- No such numbers
No dispute for refund shall be entertained in following scenarios:
- The buyer does not like it.
- The product description is not real.
- Products smell unusual.
- The buyer ordered the wrong items or SKU.
- The shipping address was incorrect.
- Product difference was negotiated in advance.
- Tracking information deleted by logistics companies or local post offices.
Fair use
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If we find an unusual pattern when returning an item that does not seem fit (e.g. if the returned item does not match the description), your account will be deactivated and all related accounts will be deactivated.

Refund (if applicable)
Once the return has been received and inspection has been done, we will send you an email informing you that we have received the returned item. We will also tell you if your refund has been approved or denied. After the return request is confirmed, the return address will be provided through email or any other medium.
Upon approval, your refund will be processed and credit will be automatically credited to your original credit card or payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your return to be officially announced.
Then contact your bank. It often takes time to process the return before sending it.
